Post Covid, Lucidity have changed the way we work, with our remote engineering teams spending more time working out of the office and from home.

We see some of our customers have also made different decisions about how they use their office spaces, or whether they have office spaces at all moving forward.

Lucidity also find that a lot more customers are adopting online training through technology like Microsoft Teams or Zoom as opposed to requiring a traditional class room setting.

To assist our valued customers and make the most of our office space, Lucidity have launched a Shared Office facility at our modern office setting in Penrose, Auckland.

We have around 20 hot desks ready to go for mobile workers who want to work in a modern office environment, handy to all the Auckland motorways, and only a 10-15 minute Uber from the CBD.

Whether it’s a room to have a team meeting, conduct an interview, run some training or even if you are looking for an office for your team to call home, we can help.

  • a boardroom to seat 10 people
  • meeting rooms to seat 1-4 people
  • a training room to seat 10 people fully equipped with workstations
  • a small office for 1-2 people
  • a space to call home for a team of 3 -15 people
  • single desks to work from that gets you out of the house

 

Office features:

  • Fully equipped for training or meetings with large, mobile smart TV’s and whiteboards.
  • Photocopier/scanner and gigabit broadband internet.
  • A backup internet service and building generator are in place should it ever be needed so there is nothing that would interrupt your workday.
  • Meeting rooms set up for Microsoft Teams or Zoom Meetings.
  • Kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, filtered water, capsule coffee machine along with a large seating area/relaxation space.
  • The kitchen area is more than big enough to hold catering services, and we can help you with this if you need to provide for a group of up to 20 people.
  • A short walk from the Penrose train station with easy access to the motorway and Sylvia Park – approx. 15 minutes from city.
  • Free street parking, building has a lift, good security with access 24/7.
