Lucidity’s IT Support Helpdesk Starter Plans are a cost-effective solution for small businesses. Backed by a Service Level Agreement, they also include anti-virus, Windows Update management, and an option for a dedicated Account Manager. To keep costs down all requests to the Lucidity Helpdesk are charged at time and materials. This plan is best suited to customers who have their own internal support capability or low management and support requirements.

Additionally, you may select any of our optional plans to further meet your business requirements:

  • Device Plans – Keeps your end user devices managed, up to date and secure.
  • Cyber Security Plans – if securing your business is important, our advanced plans cover awareness training through to real-time threat monitoring and response.
  • Infrastructure Plans – Keeps your Virtual Desktops, Servers and Networks managed, up to date and secure.
  • Standalone Add-Ons – a menu of standalone services such as Anti-Virus, Web Filtering, Backup, and Cloud Printing.
