The benefits of the Managed IT Essentials Bundle

Managed IT Essentials is a Managed IT Services Bundle providing your business the necessary basics, including anti-virus, Microsoft 365 backup, and break/fix and change request support.

A cost-effective option suitable where there is an I.T executive and operational function within your business that can evolve I.T. to your business needs and you want to off-load Helpdesk, or where I.T. needs are very simple.

There is limited proactive management or maintenance included with the Essentials Bundle, so we recommend customers have an internal role responsible for IT management with Lucidity supporting that role via our Helpdesk.

Add a Technology Alignment Manager for a more proactive service

Upgrading to our Managed IT Complete Bundle will ensure IT will be engaged, secure and well managed.

You will be assigned a dedicated Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) who will assume technical ownership and become the expert on your systems and to your people, be your technology advocate within Lucidity, and will be responsible for running frequent technology alignment reviews against our standards. Your TAM will also schedule monthly meetings and become a familiar face to your staff.
