The Lucidity team has successfully completed one of the very first implementations of Microsoft Teams voice in New Zealand – with the solution now live at our long-time customer Professionals Real Estate.

Microsoft Teams voice allows you to transition your voice calling capabilities to the cloud with integrated calling to landlines and mobile phones. It leverages the power of Microsoft applications and more than 100 third party apps to provide transparent collaboration, record keeping and communications across your business.
Microsoft Teams voice at Professionals includes video conferencing, 0800 free calling, calling groups, DDIs and phone handsets. High-level video conferencing comes standard with top quality sound and picture quality. Video background can be set to a chosen image such as company brand, or simply blurred so that visual distractions – people walking by in a café for example – do not appear. Subtitles can automatically display (generated via voice recognition) on any video conference when it’s recorded and played back.
