Ben Williams, one of the stars of the Lucidity Service Desk, was announced as a winner of the inaugural 30 Under 30 Awards by Reseller News.
He was one of the winners of the Technical Category. The requirements for this category were as follows:

Ben displays all of the above on a daily basis, regularly going above and beyond for Lucidity’s customers.
Lucidity GM, Jocelyn Brittain, had this to say on Ben:
“Although only 20 years old, Ben is demonstrating the basic key competencies of a leader and has a desire to develop these skills. Ben is an excellent team player, identifying where other individuals are struggling and provides 1:1 training or coaching to them. Ben is recognised and respected by all of his peers and managers across Lucidity for his technical knowledge and being accountable for the resolution of incidents and delivery of tasks.”
